QUESTION: "Why should I get this Draft Kit?"

ANSWER: That's a great question. We'll be honest, our Draft Kit is NOT for everybody. Our Draft Kit is only intended for those owners who actually wish to win their leagues. If you do not fall within this category, we would recommend that you not read any further. However, if you are one of the few fantasy owners who would like to actually win their league, please read on...

FantasyHeadquarters.com - Champion: 2005 Inaugural FantasyFootball.com Experts League

FantasyHeadquarters.com - Semifinal Runner Up: 2005 Fantasy Football Cheatsheets Magazine Experts League

Draft Kit Attributes:

You'll find all of the following categories listed on easy-to-read, sortable spreadsheets; one spreadsheet for each fantasy position.

*** Tier - Breaks players into tiers of similarly projected fantasy production. Breaking players into tiers is important, because this makes every one of your draft selections that much easier. For example, let's say you're in the 5th round of your draft. You have decided with your next pick that you would like to select either a RB or WR. In looking at our Draft Kit, you notice that there are 8 WR's still available in their top tier, but only 2 RB's left within their top tier. This tells you right away that based upon availability and value, the pick is to select one of the top two RB's still available. Then, hopefully with your next pick, one of those 8 WR's will still be available for you to select.

*** Player Name, the team that they are on, and their BYE week.

*** 2006 Points Per Game - How many points that player averaged per game last season. We've tried to take into account partial games played. So, if a player played half a game, and was then injured, or was injured at the beginning of a game, we've adjusted his P.P.G. accordingly. In other words, we've broken the points per game down into more like points per four quarters.

*** Points Per Game Rank Last 3 Years - Looking at the past can often predict the future, or at least sometimes show an upward or downward trend. For this reason we've listed each player's P.P.G. rank not only in 2006, but also in 2005 and 2004.

***Targets/Game - How many times a WR or TE was the target of a pass from their QB, broken down of course per game. Yes, fantasy points scored are the most important statistic for all fantasy players. However, for WR's and TE's, a very close second is Targets Per Game. Why? This will tell you if a player's stats for a particular game were merely a fluke, and they just happened to have one huge play, OR if the player was a heavily targeted part of his team's offense, hence the reason for his strong fantasy numbers. What you really want for WR's and TE's is great stats, combined with a lot of looks from his QB.

*** Strength of Schedule - We'll rank each player's upcoming 2007 schedule from the easiest to the most difficult. So you'll know for example, that RB Willis McGahee of the Baltimore Ravens has the easiest schedule of all RB's this season. Likewise, you would learn that WR Javon Walker and his fellow Denver Broncos WR's have the most difficult schedule of all WR's in 2007. This is all Info that can be very vital when making your draft selections.

*** WHY? - Lastly we'll give a stat and/or factoid for every single player. Information pertaining to each player, that we feel is important to his success/failure this season.
